Good turnout for European trade fairs
Innovation was the name of the game at the Bias trade fair in Italy, Nuremberg in southern Germany, and Elec in France.
In its booths covering a total of 1510 sqm, Schneider Electric presented its entire product range in electrical distribution and automation.
> Bias 2002, the automation trade show, was held in Milan from November 19 to 21, 2002 and attracted more than 60 000 visitors. On its 360 sqm booth, the Schneider Electric Italy team welcomed 1350 customers, who each received an electronic catalog and CD Roms with all the new products on display, notably Global Detection, Twido, TeSys série U, ATV 11 and Twin Line.

This trade show received 22,900 visitors, who discovered the latest trends in automation technology. Schneider Electric participated with a 250 m2 booth. Our complete automation offer and our new products were presented and on display.
> ELEC 2002, the must-attend event for the electrical industry in Europe, was held from December 9 to 13 : more than 115,000 visitors attended the show.
The Schneider Electric booth operated under the " New Electric World " byline. Over an area of 900 sqm, three major innovations were on display: Eloge (circuit breakers, residual current circuit breakers and Opale type enclosures for the housing market and small commercial applications), Global Detection (the new range of Telemecanique sensors) and the VDI offer (designed for network cabling).
