Top honors at Top Com
On January 25, Schneider Electric’s graphic standards extranet, Hotlinet, won the Top Com d’Or in the Design/Visual Identity category at the Top Com communication convention. This extranet, which has been on line for two years, is designed to optimize communication and ensure a consistent image for Schneider Electric worldwide. It is used by the Company’s communication managers in 130 countries, as well as by Schneider Electric’s certified suppliers. With Hotlinet, users can obtain all the necessary graphic standards and style guidelines for media, including product design, in realtime.
Other services include:
- A forum, to get early access to the latest information share best practices.
- A downloading section with logos, templates, models, etc.
- A hotline for help and advice on communication projects.
For the past ten years, the Top Com international communication convention has brought together communication professionals for a two-day meeting in Paris.
At the end of each day, juries select the Grand Prize and Top Com d’Or winners. In all, 14 prizes are awarded in the following categories: communication strategy, media strategy, campaigns, B to B campaigns, direct marketing, public relations, events, visual identity, patronage/sponsoring, publications (internal and external newsletters, annual reports), video/multimedia, and internal and external audiovisual tools.
